Tanzania Football Federation, a state-owned entity based in Tanzania, also known as TFF or Shirikisho la Mpira wa Miguu Tanzania, and formerly the Football Association of Tanzania, was founded in 1945. It serves as the governing body for football in the United Republic of Tanzania and has been affiliated with FIFA since 1964. The federation oversees operations of the Tanzania national football team, the Tanzania women's national team, and the Tanzanian football league system, which includes the Tanzanian Premier League, Tanzanian First Division League (Championship), First League, and Regional Champions League.
