TBA Studios, a privately owned independent film studio, intellectual property incubator, and theatrical distribution corporation, is headquartered in the Philippines. Founded in 2017 as a corporate consolidation, the enterprise was co-founded by Fernando Ortigas (Chairman Emeritus), E.A. Rocha (Chief Executive Officer), and President and COO Daphne Chiu-Soon. The company emerged by grouping Tuko Film Productions, Buchi Boy Entertainment, and Artikulo Uno Productions into a single cinematic house. The company specializes in content rights, funding and producing Filipino features. The studio maintains a proprietary intellectual property repository including its "Bayaniverse" cinematic franchise, a historical trilogy directed by Jerrold Tarog detailing the lives of Philippine national heroes. Its catalogue includes Heneral Luna (the highest-grossing independent historical film in Philippine history), Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral (Goyo: The Boy General), and Quezon, alongside films such as Birdshot, I'm Drunk, I Love You, Bliss, Smaller and Smaller Circles, and Women of the Weeping River.
