PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) is an Indonesian state-owned information and communications technology enterprise and telecommunications network. Founded in 1965, the company offers fixed line broadband and television services to homes and businesses in Indonesia. It is also the parent company of the Indonesian mobile phone operator Telkomsel. The Government of Indonesia holds a majority stake of 52% in Telkom, while its shares are traded on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) under the ticker symbol "TLKM" and on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as "TLK". As of 2022, Telkom had over 17,800 employees and generated over $1 billion in revenue. The company is headquartered in Indonesia.
