PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, established in 1965, is a state-owned Indonesian telecommunications company. The Indonesian government holds a 52% majority stake. Telkom provides fixed-line broadband and television services to residential and business customers. It also owns Telkomsel, a significant Indonesian mobile phone operator. As of 2023, Telkom employed approximately 17,800 people, generated revenue exceeding US$1 billion, and its shares are traded on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

Telkom Indonesia plans a $200 million investment to expand its Indonesia Cable Express (ICE) subsea fibre-optic network with new routes connecting Singapore to Japan via the Luzon Strait, the Middle East to Europe, and Manado, Sulawesi to North America.
