Oriental Land Company, a privately owned Japanese company founded in 1960, operates the Tokyo Disney Resort. Located in Urayasu, Chiba, Japan, the resort comprises Tokyo Disneyland (opened in 1983, the first Disney park outside the US), Tokyo DisneySea, multiple hotels, and a shopping complex. As of 2023, Oriental Land Company employs approximately 80 people. Its primary business is entertainment provision.
