Towercom, formerly known as the Radiokomunikacie branch of Slovak Telekom, is a state-owned company headquartered in Slovakia. Founded in 1926, it primarily provides connectivity and distribution services, including terrestrial and satellite TV and radio broadcasting. Towercom also offers data transfer and leasing of data circuits within its national network of microwave connections. With around 50 employees, the company generated approximately $50 million in revenue in 2023.
Towercom launched new DAB+ radio transmitters in Rudník, Poprad, Hranovnica, and Ružomberok-Uložisko. On June 27, 2024, TowerCom Enterprises partnered with Sitetracker to standardize its telecommunications operations. This partnership aims to improve the speed and efficiency of tower deployments, operations, and maintenance.
