Founded in 2023, the organization, with approximately 50 employees, operates as a tier 1 media tech buyer focusing on broadcast television and radio. The company launched on 1 September 2023, broadcasting a range of programmes, including news, talk shows, and documentaries, designed to showcase and promote Monégasque culture. As part of a reform of the Monegasque public audiovisual landscape, TV Monaco is scheduled to shut down in September 2025, at which point it will merge with Monaco Info to create a new channel.
