Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính requested Vietnam Television (VTV) to lead the digital transformation of its production, broadcast, distribution, and audience engagement processes using artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing to increase global reach. A volleyball tournament, co-organized by VTV, the Vinh Phuc provincial People’s Committee, the Volleyball Federation of Vietnam, and Usports, celebrated the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution (August 19, 1945) and National Day (September 2), and the 55th anniversary of VTV's first broadcast (September 7, 1970). VTV also broadcast a media festival live, running until June 21, which included over 80 central and local media organizations and nearly 130 exhibition booths. Furthermore, VTV co-organized the Vietnam Robot Innovation Contest – Robocon 2025 final round in Ninh Binh on June 8, held in the context of Vietnam's implementation of Politburo’s Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation. The contest featured 32 teams from universities and colleges nationwide.
