The Ministry of Culture and Azerbaijan Television, with support from the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, organized the 9th Mugham Television Competition. The competition, which included participants aged 8 to 30, began in Aghdam’s Mugham Centre. A final stage of the competition was later held in Lachin on August 25. Separately, on May 13, from 20:45 to 21:30 (GMT+4), the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported that Armenian armed forces fired on Azerbaijani Army positions from Gorus and Chambarak regions, prompting retaliatory measures.
