Vodafone Three, a privately owned business consulting and services firm founded in 1988, is headquartered in the UK and employs 710 people. It should be noted that this is distinct from the newly formed entity resulting from the May 31, 2025 merger of Vodafone UK and Three UK, a £15 billion transaction creating the UK's largest mobile network operator. That resulting entity, while sharing the name, is a separate legal entity with a different business focus (mobile network operation) and ownership structure (51% Vodafone Group, 49% CK Hutchison Holdings).
Following the merger of Vodafone and Three earlier this year, the company received recognition at the 2025 Mobile Industry Awards. Claudia Redding was named one of four Future Stars of 2025. Customers can now access 0% APR phone plans with flexible upfront costs and a Lifetime Service Promise, including battery health checks and replacements, plus a lifetime warranty. A trade-in offer allows customers to save up to £552 on new iPhone 17 models, available for pre-order. Vodafone also offers a phone upgrade program, Vodafone Xchange. In September 2025, Vodafone launched a promotion offering over 350,000 prizes, including a £1000 cash prize. A new 4G mast in Church Eaton, Staffordshire, became active in early July 2025, and was visited by Leigh Ingham MP on September 11, 2025.
