The World Professional Billiards and Snooker Association (WPBSA), a privately owned organization founded in 1968 and headquartered in the UK, is the international governing body for professional snooker and billiards. Employing approximately 40 people as of 2023, the WPBSA's primary function is the regulation and enforcement of rules for these sports worldwide.
