ABC, a privately owned American company founded in 1943, is a multinational commercial broadcast television network. With a workforce of 4,240 employees headquartered in the US, it serves as the flagship property of Walt Disney Television, a division of Disney General Entertainment Content within The Walt Disney Company. ABC's operations also include radio broadcasting, and it owns Telecinco Media Holdings as a subsidiary.
ABC announced the availability of several podcasts. These include "World News Tonight with David Muir," offering news and analysis of major national and international events; "Nightline," featuring in-depth reporting and profiles; and "Reclaimed: The Lifeblood of Navajo Nation," which focuses on water rights issues on the Navajo Nation. Additionally, ABC also publicized "The Crime Scene Weekly," a podcast covering true crime headlines. There was no mention of a Golden Girls Day event.
ABC currently holds 13 broadcasting rights for sports competitions including baseball, american football, marathon, motorsports, australian rules football, ice hockey, soccer | association football, basketball and multi-sport.
