Antitalent, also known as Antitalent d.o.o., is a privately owned company headquartered in Zaprešić (Zagreb), Croatia. Founded in 2007 by Oscar-nominated producer Danijel Pek, the studio operates with approximately 20 employees, specializing in entertainment content rights. The company functions as an independent film and television production studio focusing on developing auteur-driven, socially impactful stories that engage with contemporary cultural movements. Its portfolio includes credits such as Antoneta Alamat Kusijanović’s feature Murina (co-produced with Martin Scorsese’s Sikelia Productions), which won the Caméra d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival, and Nebojša Slijepčević's The Man Who Could Not Remain Silent, which won the short-film Palme d'Or at Cannes, a European Film Award, and received both Academy Award and César nominations.
