Balgarska Nacionalna Televiizija, also known as BNT or Bulgarian National Television, is a state-owned public television broadcaster headquartered in Bulgaria. Founded in 1959, it employs approximately 380 individuals and reported $38.0M in revenue as of 2023. The entity functions as a tier 1 media tech buyer. The company started broadcasting broadcast television and radio services on December 26, 1959, becoming the first television service to broadcast on the territory of Bulgaria. BNT is a member of the International Radio and Television Organisation (to 31 December 1992), European Broadcasting Union (from 1 January 1993), EGTA, IMZ, CIRCOM Regional, FIAT, and BBLF.
