On July 31, 2024, a retransmission agreement between Buckeye Broadband and WNWO NBC24 expired. The two parties failed to reach a new agreement to continue carrying WNWO NBC24. Separately, Buckeye Broadband participated in an annual backpack drive to support students and teachers with school supplies. This initiative coincided with other local programs aimed at providing school supplies. Information was also provided about preparing for college apartment moves at Bowling Green State University and the University of Toledo.
