Founded in 1994, the company employs approximately 60 individuals and reported $1.0 billion in revenue as of 2024, functioning as a tier 1 media tech buyer. The company specializes in broadcast television and radio, operating television channels across seven geographic areas, specifically Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Romania and Moldova, Slovakia, and Slovenia.
