Freshworks issued an update on its third-quarter 2025 earnings guidance on Wednesday, providing earnings per share guidance of $0.120-$0.140, exceeding the consensus estimate of $0.060. Separately, Scalekit, an AI-powered SaaS startup founded by former Freshworks executive Satya Devarakonda and a team of ex-Freshworks engineers, announced a $5.5 million seed funding round. This round was co-led by Together Fund and Z47, with participation from several angel investors. Scalekit launched an authentication stack designed for AI agents.
