Hearst Networks EMEA, formerly A&E Networks EMEA, is a privately owned broadcast television and radio company founded in 1995 with approximately 350 employees headquartered in the United Kingdom. Operating across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, it is wholly owned by Hearst Communications. The company comprises four entities: Hearst Networks UK (a joint venture with Sky), and wholly-owned subsidiaries Hearst Networks Germany, Hearst Networks Italia, and COSMO Spain. Its operations span the UK, Nordics, Benelux, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
