iHQ, also known as SidusHQ, a Publicly Owned company headquartered in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, South Korea, was founded in 1997. Operating as a subsidiary of D'Live, IHQ Inc. historically formed its multi-platform entertainment and media conglomerate structure in January 2001 through corporate mergers involving EBM and Uno Films, establishing its talent management division under the SidusHQ brand. The company's main product involves content rights, and it functions as an entertainment house with a portfolio across broadcasting, television production, music publishing, and exclusive artist representation. Over its history, the enterprise has managed South Korea's screen icons, while its television production division has engineered terrestrial and streaming dramas, including Deep Rooted Tree, The Innocent Man, and Pinocchio.
