Korea Handball Federation, a non-profit organization headquartered in South Korea, was founded in 1945. It functions as the governing body of handball and beach handball within South Korea and has been affiliated with the Asian Handball Federation (AHF), the Korean Sport & Olympic Committee, and the International Handball Federation (IHF) since 1960.
On January 28, 2026, the Korea Handball Federation signed a sponsorship agreement with ServiFood, a brand specializing in protein food ingredients. Previously, on January 23, 2026, the Federation concluded an official sponsorship agreement with Hummel Korea for the handball national team, expecting synergy to strengthen international competitiveness and expand the handball base. Earlier, on January 14, 2026, the Federation announced its promotion of a social contribution program designed to protect the mental health of adolescents through handball. This followed an official beverage sponsorship agreement with Ringtea for the Shinhan SOL Bank 25-26 Handball H League, signed on November 19, 2025.
