Lionsgate announced the promotion of Rahwa Ghebre-Ab to Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective May 1, 2025. This follows the retirement of Ross Pollack after more than a decade with the company. Ghebre-Ab will oversee global human resource operations in the U.S., Canada, the UK, and India, and will serve on Lionsgate’s executive management and operating committees. Separately, Lionsgate announced at CinemaCon the greenlighting of another John Wick film, with Keanu Reeves returning.
