This followed earlier layoffs in the year, which also reduced the workforce by approximately 8%, resulting in a total headcount reduction of 13% over the past year. Further redundancies, also amounting to a 5% reduction in staff (approximately 50 people), were announced and expected to take effect soon. Another report confirmed that 50 employees, or approximately 5% of the workforce, were let go on Thursday, bringing the total reduction in headcount to 13% for the year.
