The Nederlandse Omroep Stichting (NOS) is a state-owned broadcasting organization in the Netherlands. It is one of the organizations that make up the Netherlands Public Broadcasting system. The NOS was founded in 1969 and is headquartered in the Netherlands. It has approximately 2000 employees. The NOS produces news and sports programs for the three Dutch public television channels and the Dutch public radio services.
