Previously, on August 19, NTP Technology added ST 2110-30 audio-over-IP connectivity with AES67 and RAVENNA support to its DAD-branded audio interfaces through a new 128-channel expansion card. This addition enables broadcasters and live audio operations to integrate these devices with IP Ethernet audio formats utilized in modern broadcast installations. This follows an announcement on May 26 that the 128-channel Ravenna Card with SRC was available and shipping to customers, bringing Ravenna AoIP connectivity with built-in AES67 and ST 2110-30 to the Thunder | Core series Penta series and AX32 via the new card and free updates to the DADman control software and device firmware.
