NTV Uganda reported on public concerns regarding the Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited (UEDCL) following its full operational launch. On an unspecified date, UEDCL faced criticism for customer care inefficiencies and power supply challenges, barely a week after commencing full operations. NTV Uganda visited UEDCL offices to assess the situation.
