ODMedia, a global digital media services provider, acquired Pixagility, a French content services company with operations in France and Africa (Côte d’Ivoire), on 15th March 2023. This strategic move reinforces ODMedia’s commitment to becoming a leading player in the European and African digital video entertainment landscape. The acquisition expands ODMedia’s network of international points of presence (POP) to include three data centers in the Netherlands, bringing the total number of active channels within its network backbone to almost 1000. ODMedia takes an agnostic approach to artificial intelligence, positioning itself as a leader in integrating new technologies to improve content localization. Philippe Monzein will continue as the managing director of Pixagility and report directly to William Linders, the managing director of ODMedia.
