Oi S.A., a publicly owned Brazilian telecommunications operator founded in 1998, primarily provides pay TV services. Formerly known as Telemar, the company employs approximately 19,860 people and is headquartered in Brazil. In 2023, Oi reported revenues exceeding $1 billion.
On December 27, Oi SA sold its entire stake in a real estate and towers subsidiary.
