This followed the March 20 announcement that Matthieu Bouchery will assume the role of CFO starting July 1, replacing Antoine Chouc, who transitioned to Orange France in April. Bouchery brings over 20 years of experience within the Orange Group, most recently as head of financing and treasury activities since 2019, and serves as a board member at Orange Belgium and MasOrange. Gildas Bouchet will serve as interim CFO until Bouchery's start date.
