Ministry of Presidential Affairs

Majlis Mohamed bin Zayed hosts a series of expert lectures during Ramadan. Held on the site of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi, we were asked to build temporary spaces connected to the permanent lecture hall for the 2023 series. We were also asked to design and deliver the full technical and production design for the lectures themselves.

We were asked to deliver the three main spectaculars for the 2023 President’s Cup football final – the opening ceremony, the half-time show and trophy ceremony. The scope later grew to include end-to-end event management, from guest experience to content creation for TV broadcast and merchandising.

Abu Dhabi’s Natural History Museum, the first in the region, will open in 2025 with two flagship acquisitions: Stan, the original and greatest T-Rex skeleton ever found; and the seven-billion-year-old Murchison meteorite. We were asked to design a live experience to announce it to VIPs and press, and a public experience that would allow the public a thrilling glimpse of what was to come.

Louvre Abu Dhabi

November 2022 marked the Louvre Abu Dhabi’s 5th Anniversary. As the regions-first ‘universal museum’ and cultural beacon, this concert would be anything but normal. And that started with the headline performer of a 3-day concert, musical icon John Legend! We were tasked with designing and implementing a three-night, one-of-a-kind concert space. One that worked harmoniously with the existing space and architecture.

The elegant majlis for pre-show hospitality made for a welcoming space where guests could relax, talk and explore their nation’s cultural and historic highlights in their own time. The importance of the occasion was highlighted at every step of the visitor journey, from their entry through the photographic-panel tunnel to their departure viewing the hopes and dreams of the children of the UAE.
