Quotient Technology Inc., a privately held company headquartered in the US with approximately 550 employees, was acquired by Neptune Retail Solutions. Prior to the acquisition, Quotient operated a cashback app, Checkout 51, which collected first-party shopper data through receipt scans from various major US and Canadian retailers. This data, along with in-store marketing rights secured by Neptune, forms part of Neptune's omnichannel retail marketing platform serving retailers and brands in the US and Canada.
