Radius Telecoms, a privately owned company headquartered in the Philippines, was founded in 2000 and employs approximately 310 individuals. The company, which is a 100% Meralco company, specializes in telecoms services, delivering them on an end-to-end full fiber optic network.
Philippines service provider PLDT completed its acquisition of the remaining 65.1% equity interest in Radius Telecoms, making the telecommunications company a wholly owned subsidiary, according to an October 5, 2026 announcement. This transaction resulted in PLDT holding 100% of Radius’s issued and outstanding capital stock. Previously, on October 2, 2026, PLDT fully acquired Radius Telecoms from Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) for P2.94 billion, completing the purchase of the 65.1% equity stake held by Paragon Vertical Corporation in Radius Telecoms Inc.
