Teleradio-Moldova, also known as TRM, is a state-owned broadcaster headquartered in Moldova, founded in 1958 and employing approximately 100 individuals. The company specializes in broadcast television and radio and operates as a tier 1 media tech buyer. TRM functions as the Moldovan national radio and television broadcaster, owning two television channels and three radio stations. Teleradio-Moldova was admitted as a full active member of the European Broadcasting Union on January 1, 1993, at which time it operated under its former name Radioteleviziunea Nationala din Moldova (RTNM).
Vlad Turcanu, director general of Teleradio-Moldova (TRM), resigned on May 18, 2026, citing responsibility for the vote cast amid a Eurovision 2026 scandal. This move followed reports on May 19, 2026, which underscored a lapse in the customary "neighbourhood voting" among culturally and politically linked countries during the Eurovision event. Previously, on December 3, 2025, public hearings took place at Parliament to assess the conformity of TRM's financial resource and public property management for the 2023-2024 period. Earlier, from May 26-28, 2025, Teleradio-Moldova partnered with the European Broadcasting Union to organize the annual EBU News Contacts Meeting.
