Turkcell's board of directors decided on September 30, 2026, to increase the capital of its Belarusian subsidiary BeST by USD 7 million, or the equivalent in foreign currency. This capital increase will occur in two installments: USD 5 million in October, followed by USD 2 million in December of this year. Earlier on September 30, Turkcell announced the cancellation of an erroneous trade report involving a derivatives contract on its shares executed at the Borsa Istanbul Derivatives Market. This followed an announcement on September 30 by Takasbank, which initiated a default purchase in the TCELL.TE share order book to resolve a shortfall arising from an unfulfilled obligation in the Borsa Istanbul Equity Market, with settlement scheduled for that day.
