Previously, on June 24, Turkcell amended its long-term credit package with the China Development Bank (CDB), reducing the second tranche of its CNY 2.46 billion loan facility from CNY 1.23 billion to CNY 700 million, following an initial announcement on March 28, 2025. Also on June 24, the Capital Markets Board (CMB) approved Turkcell's application for a domestic debt instrument issuance, setting a total limit of TRY 15 billion for domestic debt securities to be sold through private placements targeting qualified investors, following an application on April 22. Earlier, on May 28, Turkcell and ZTE/Netas signed a collaboration agreement for fixed wireless access (FWA), integrating ZTE/Netas's next-generation FWA solution, which combines 5G and Wi-Fi 7 technologies, into Turkcell's 5G Superbox ecosystem.
