Earlier in March, WKF President Antonio Espinós signed two partnership agreements. On March 20, Espinós and International School Sport Federation (ISF) President Željko Tanasković signed an agreement in Belgrade, Serbia, hosted by the Ministry of Sport of Serbia, to promote karate and school sport globally. This followed a March 9 collaboration partnership agreement signed in Madrid by Espinós and H.E. Miguel Ángel Moratinos, Under-Secretary-General and High Representative for the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC). Through this partnership, the WKF joined the UNAOC Sport for the #OneHumanity campaign, highlighting sport's role in advancing inclusion, diversity, and mutual understanding.
