Founded in 2018, the company has over 1,060 employees and generated over $1 billion in revenue in 2022. Xandr's main product is Community, an online platform that facilitates the buying and selling of consumer-centric digital advertising. On December 21, 2021, Xandr was divested from its parent company, AT&T, and acquired by Microsoft.
