On July 30, 2026, "The Devil Wears Prada 2" debuted for streaming on Disney+ and Hulu, following a successful theatrical run that studio executives noted shattered box office expectations. Earlier, on July 25, Ryan Reynolds confirmed a new "Deadpool" movie is in development at Fanatic Fest 2026, building on the massive success of "Deadpool & Wolverine." The studio previously signed Julius Avery on July 16 to direct "Crush," a snake-themed survival thriller about a woman trapped by a giant python.
