Earlier, on February 2, the operator reported that it had more than doubled its network construction speed in Moscow and the Moscow Region during 2025. This followed a January 28 announcement that Beeline completed a maximum frequency refarming in Kostroma Oblast, redistributing 3G frequencies to 4G, which increased average mobile internet speeds by 45% and improved connection stability.
