HKBN expanded its master services agreement with majority shareholder China Mobile Hong Kong (CMHK) on April 9, 2026, deepening their infrastructure collaboration by broadening the scope of HKBN data centre services. Earlier, on March 26, 2026, CMHK's premium service brand GoTone Privilege Club partnered with Art Basel Hong Kong to present "Zero 10," a global digital art initiative, marking its Asian debut. Previously, on January 18, 2026, CMHK resumed its "One Card Two Numbers" service, which had been suspended for new applications at the end of 2025 due to alleged fraud risks. The company stated the business was restored after preliminary adjustments and now requires an additional monthly fee. This followed CMHK's debut at the first Hong Kong International AI Art Festival on December 18, 2025, where it focused on "Low-Altitude Economy Capabilities" and "Mobile Education - AI Curriculum."
