In 2024, HPE announced plans to expand its partner ecosystem in China and unveiled a refreshed global brand identity to mark its 10-year anniversary since separating from HP in 2015. Also in 2024, HPE formed a new strategic board committee and appointed Robert Calderoni of KLA Corp as a director and committee chair, a move intended to increase shareholder value and support an agreement with Elliot Investment Management.
