News Summary:

Italy's data protection authority issued a formal warning to broadcaster R.T.I. on August 7, 2026, barring it from further processing the personal data of La7 news director Enrico Mentana in artificial intelligence-altered clips aired by the satirical program *Striscia la Notizia*. The warning came without a financial penalty. Previously, on August 3, MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V.'s Board of Directors identified participants for the Company's 2024-2026 Medium-Long Term Loyalty and Incentive Plan, granting rights based on established criteria to retain key human resources. This followed the appointment of Pier Silvio Berlusconi as president and CEO of Mediaset Italy on July 23, a move that integrated a new television and product development structure in Italy as part of the Mfe-Mediaforeurope Group's new organization and the merger of Mediaset into R.T.I. Earlier in July, specifically on the 15th, MFE–MEDIAFOREUROPE N.V. approved a new composition for its Board committees, including the Audit and Sustainability Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, ensuring Non-Executive Directors qualified as independent. These changes did not affect the committees' duties or functioning.
