MNC Group, also known as PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk and MNC Asia Holding, is a publicly owned company headquartered in Indonesia. Founded in 1989, the company employs approximately 1,260 individuals and reported $959.3M in revenue as of 2024. Functioning primarily as a holding company, MNC Group was initially established as a securities company and listed on IDX in 1997. The company expanded into media in 2001 and entered entertainment hospitality in 2007, operating as an investment group with three strategic businesses: Media & Entertainment, Financial Services, and Entertainment Hospitality.
On January 28, 2026, former Chief Justice Gayus Lumbuun stated at the Central Jakarta District Court that he believes PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) is not a party to the lawsuit and considers its action unfair in suing PT Bhakti Investama, which is now MNC Asia Holding. This follows earlier testimony on January 22, 2026, when Togi Sitindaon, former General Manager of Fixed Income at PT Bhakti Investama (now MNC Asia Holding), appeared as a witness in the civil lawsuit filed by CMNP against MNC Asia Holding, where he testified that MNC Asia Holding acted only as a broker.
