MNC Group, also known as PT MNC Investama Tbk, is a publicly owned Indonesian investment group founded in 1989. Initially operating as a securities company, it went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 1997. The company expanded its operations into media in 2001 and the entertainment and hospitality sectors in 2007. As of 2024, MNC Group employs approximately 1260 people and reported revenues of around $1 billion. Its core business areas are media and entertainment, financial services, and entertainment hospitality.
In 2024, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk reported revenue of IDR 15,226,314 million and net income of IDR 193,630 million, compared to IDR 15,660,503 million and IDR 306,592 million, respectively, in 2023. Basic earnings per share were IDR 2.32, down from IDR 3.67 the previous year. During the first quarter of 2025, MNC Bank reported a 34% increase in net income. On April 10, 2025, MNC Kapital announced a strategic partnership with MODENA Group. Finally, on May 22, 2025, MNC Bank formed a strategic alliance with Perumda BPR Bank Kota Bogor to expand digital banking access.
