NDTV, also known as New Delhi Television Ltd., is a publicly owned Indian news media company founded in 1984. Its primary business is broadcasting television and radio news content, also extending to digital platforms. NDTV Profit reported on Sunday that the government expects to surpass its revised capital expenditure target of Rs 10.18 lakh crore for fiscal year 2025. Government officials also told NDTV Profit that India will not participate in any coordinated global response to the latest US tariffs, opting instead for independent dialogue and strategic trade realignment. Separately, NDTV Profit reported on PDS Ltd.'s CEO stating the company aims for a $5 billion gross merchandise value and $3.5 billion turnover by fiscal year 2029.
