Orange Poland secured an eight-year contract with Enea Operator, valued at PLN 184.47 million, to provide data transmission services using GPRS technology. On an unrelated note, the company began testing a 5G standalone network in Warsaw's Ochota neighbourhood, a trial expected to last several months, focusing on fixed-wireless access and B2B services. Orange Poland improves line management options for Flex customers

Orange Poland has enhanced account management options for customers using its application Orange Flex. The option is available for both B2C and B2B customers. Customers who administer multiple family or business lines can now purchase additional packages for other numbers on the account from their balances and have increased control over usage by other customers, with spending caps.

Orange Poland to cut up to 1,000 jobs in 2026-2027

Orange Poland announced the conclusion of a new social agreement with unions for the years 2026-2027. Under the collective agreement, up to 1,000 employees may benefit from voluntary departures. That's equal to around 12 percent of the total number of employees. The agreement also sets a financial package for employees leaving the company under the voluntary departure scheme, and potential basic salary rises for all staff, of 5.5 percent in 2026 and not less than 5 percent in 2027.
