Spidernet signs wholesale agreement with Orange Poland

Polish ISP Spidernet, working in the city of Czestochow and surroundings, has signed a wholesale agreement (rBSA) with Orange Poland, reports Telko.in. The agreement covers access to Spidernet's newly-built fibre-optic network, deployed using a subsidy from the National Recovery and Resilience Programme worth PLN 25.4 million. The network covers 7,805 households.

Orange Poland reduces carbon emissions 35% in 2025

Orange Poland said that it reduced its carbon emissions to 522,000 tons, by 35 percent year-on-year in 2025. The reduction was achieved focusing on more intensive power supplies from renewable sources, on optimisation of business processes, as well as on implementation of modern power-saving technlogies.

Orange Poland raises dividend 15% after strong growth in Q4

Revenues of Orange Poland totaled PLN 3.493 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025, up by 4.6 percent on a comparable basis year-on-year. EBITDAaL rose a faster 6.2 percent to PLN 861 million, delivering a margin of 24.6 percent, up by 0.4 percentage points. The net income was PLN 69 million, down by 66 percent due to restructuring costs for a workforce reduction and increased depreciation following network investments.
