Radio Television Brunei (RTB)

Radio Television Brunei, also known as RTB, is a state-owned public broadcaster headquartered in Brunei. Established in 1975, with approximately 150 employees, it specializes in broadcast television and radio, functioning as a tier 1 media tech buyer. The company operates as the national public broadcaster of Brunei, fully owned and funded by the government and under the direct jurisdiction of the Prime Minister's Office. Initially established in 1957 with Radio Brunei, it expanded to include television in 1975, now operating as a comprehensive media organization focused on informing, educating, and entertaining the public. Its services encompass television, radio, and digital platforms. RTB operates three television channels: RTB Perdana, which focuses on news, educational content, and documentaries; RTB Aneka, offering entertainment, cultural, and children's programming; and RTB Sukmaindera, an international channel broadcasting a mix of content. On the radio side, RTB runs five national networks: Nasional FM, Pilihan FM, Pelangi FM, Harmoni FM, and Nur Islam FM, each catering to different listener demographics. Additionally, RTB maintains a digital presence through its RTBGo streaming platform, providing live and on-demand access to its television and radio content.
