On the same day, Tele2 published an informational document detailing the proposed statutory merger between Tele2 AB and Com Hem Holding AB. The Annual Report 2024, also released on June 22, 2026, showed end-user service revenue increasing by 3% to SEK 21799 million and total revenue growing by 2% to SEK 29583 million, both on an organic basis compared to 2023. Earlier, on December 20, 2013, Tele2 partnered with Wipro Ltd. to jointly develop solutions for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and the Internet of Things (IoT) markets.
