Tele2's 2025 Annual and Sustainability Report, released on June 22, 2026, highlighted a 2% increase in revenue to SEK 29890 million and an 11% growth in underlying EBITDAaL to SEK 11728 million. The company also reported a 97% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions compared to 2019 and a 42% increase in equity free cash flow, earning recognition as Sweden's most sustainable company by Time Magazine and ranking #1 in Europe and #2 globally in the 2025 State of Children's Rights and Business Benchmark. On the same day, Tele2 published an informational document detailing the proposed statutory merger between Tele2 AB and Com Hem Holding AB. The Annual Report 2024, also released on June 22, 2026, showed end-user service revenue increasing by 3% to SEK 21799 million and total revenue growing by 2% to SEK 29583 million, both on an organic basis compared to 2023. Earlier, on December 20, 2013, Tele2 partnered with Wipro Ltd. to jointly develop solutions for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and the Internet of Things (IoT) markets.
