The R&A and the Asia-Pacific Golf Confederation (APGC) announced that the eighth Women’s Amateur Asia-Pacific (WAAP) championship will take place at Royal Wellington, New Zealand, from February 12-15, 2026. This will be the first time New Zealand hosts the championship. Separately, the third Africa Amateur Championship and Africa Amateur Women’s Invitational will be played at Royal Johannesburg from February 4-7, 2026, on the East Course.
