Founded in 1975, it has approximately 500 employees. TNT Sports broadcasts sports content on its parent company's channels, including TBS, TNT, and TruTV. It also manages the online digital media outlets for various sports organizations, such as the NCAA, NBA, PGA Tour, and PGA of America. Additionally, TNT Sports operates the sports news website Bleacher Report and NBA TV on behalf of the NBA. It holds a minority stake in the MLB Network and is a subsidiary of WBD Networks (Discovery).
