Call of Duty Black Ops 7 recently incorporated voice and head command controls, aiming to make the military shooter more welcoming for players. This development follows the March 30 confirmation from Black Ops 7 design director Matt Scronce, who stated there is no skill-based damage affecting gunfights, addressing a frequent topic of speculation among the game's community regarding skill-based matchmaking. Earlier, on March 26, former co-studio head and Black Ops 3 director Jason Blundell, recognized for his contributions to Call of Duty Zombies, including the creation of the Pack-a-Punch machine in the World at War map Der Riese, revealed his past ambition to create an Atlantis-themed map for the Zombies mode.
