News Summary:

On April 22, 2026, TSL's Hummingbird NDI received a Future’s Best of Show Award presented by AVTechology. Previously, on April 17, TSL announced plans to demonstrate how broadcasters, AV teams, and live production professionals can simplify complex workflows across audio control and power at NAB 2026 in Booth N1323; TSL's newly designed MPA1-MIX MADI-V units, which feature an intuitive layout with a left-to-right ascending order of knobs for user-friendly channel access, exemplify these types of product developments. This follows news from April 9, when TSL was announced as a presenting partner for "Greater Together LA," a major expo for the UK Government's GREAT Britain and Northern Ireland Campaign in Los Angeles from May 18-22, 2026. The event, which aims to bring the largest ever UK delegation to the United States, will be led by UK Secretary of State for Business and Trade Peter Kyle, with British Airways, American Airlines, and PwC UK also listed as presenting partners. Earlier, on April 1, the broadcast technology company acquired JLCooper Electronics, a US manufacturer of professional control automation, synchronization, and interfacing products. This acquisition followed the death of JLCooper founder Jim Cooper, and involves moving JLCooper’s production operations from El Segundo, California, to TSL’s base in Northridge, California, where TSL will commence production and shipping of JLCooper solutions.
