DAZN Group reached an agreement on May 1, 2026, to merge ViewLift, a provider of streaming and digital solutions for content owners deeply embedded in US sports, into DAZN. This acquisition aims to accelerate DAZN's US expansion, with ViewLift's client base including 15 major US pro sports teams, five regional sports networks, and global sports properties. Previously, on April 30, reports indicated DAZN acquired the US streaming tech provider in a deal reportedly worth around $100 million (€85.4 million), a strategic move to bolster its US prospects and enter the regional sports networks market. DAZN initially announced the acquisition on April 29, stating its ambition to play a pivotal role in the US sports ecosystem and create comprehensive solutions for sports teams' local media rights by combining their complementary businesses. Earlier, on March 30, ViewLift and MyOutdoorTV (MOTV) launched ViewLift Conversational AI Search on the MOTV platform, enabling natural language search across its library of hunting, fishing, and outdoor content, with connected TV voice support planned.
