Vrio Corp, through its DirecTV Latin America subsidiary, partnered with DynamoEdge to integrate artificial intelligence technology into its systems. This collaboration aims to optimize performance, predict connectivity issues, reduce energy use, and enhance user experience. Separately, DirecTV Argentina, also a Vrio Corp subsidiary, expanded its fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network in Greater Buenos Aires, adding 19 districts in the autonomous city of Buenos Aires (CABA) to its service area through a deal with iPlan. Furthermore, Vrio Corp signed an agreement with Amazon to offer Prime Video and Prime Gaming services to customers in seven Latin American countries starting next month; DirecTV and DGO customers will be able to subscribe to new packages with unified billing.
