World Wonder Ring Stardom, a privately owned Japanese women's professional wrestling promotion, was founded in September 2010. Based in Nakano, Tokyo, it was initially established by Rossy Ogawa (former All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling co-producer), Fuka Kakimoto (retired professional wrestler and mixed martial artist), and Nanae Takahashi (former AJW veteran wrestler). As of June 2024, Stardom is a subsidiary of New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

Sayaka Kurara wins 2025 STARDOM Cinderella tournament

Sayaka Kurara emerges victorious. World Wonder Ring STARDOM held the finals of their 2025 Cinderella tournament. The finals saw Sayaka Kurara versus Rina. At the conclusion of the 15-minute bout, it was Kurara leaving with the victory. The winner of the Cinderella tournament is granted a ‘wish.’ Past winners have often selected a championship to challenge for. Kurara said her wish was not present, but there is a decision she’s made but could not share it in the moment. She added that she will when the time is right.
